Reece began his culinary journey in the kitchen of a local restaurant, where he quickly found himself stepping in to assist with the dessert preparations due to an ill colleague. He discovered a passion for the creativity involved in the pastry section.

His initial experiences with chocolate included assisting UK Master Chocolatier John Costello in training for The Chocolate World Cup in Paris. Reece also trained with renowned UK Chocolate Master Ruth Hinks at Cocoa Black in Peebles, Scotland.

Following this, Reece took on the role of Food Innovation Technologist, focusing on product development within the manufacturing sector of patisserie and cakes. He created a variety of products for some of the UK’s largest bakery manufacturers, major retailers, hotels, and chocolate distributors, with notable contributions to product lines for M&S, ASDA and Co-op.

Transitioning from manufacturing to retail, Reece has worked as a Product Developer for two of the UK’s largest retailers, gaining invaluable insights into the business processes necessary to transform an idea into a market success.

This experience inspired him to launch his own brand, Délicieux Chocolat, where he aims to offer a selection of artisan chocolate products for all to enjoy,

The passion Reece has for creating first to market ideas has led him to win various prestigious awards, both personally and for the products he has created.
